Zarbalatrax
A life-sized animatronic fortune telling machine powered by Arduino featuring pneumatics, a car stereo, polyphonic sound mixing, and a hacked Epson receipt printer, Zarb and Squambo the electric Mouse share stories, songs, and pictures for strangers' dollars at the Graveface Museum in downtown Savannah, GA. Designed, built, wired and programmed in collaboration with Ethan Hawthorne-Dallas (www.Schlung.us). For the short film, they were controlled via remote control. The film and sculpture were unveiled at an event at the Graveface Lodge of Sorrows featuring music by Rohna, Jus B and Hapollo.
